2. Reservations and Cancellations
All reservations at Enquirox Casino Hotel are subject to the following terms:
- A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.
- All guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in.
- Government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Casino Rules and Regulations
All guests using our casino facilities must adhere to the following rules:
- All guests must be at least 21 years of age to enter the casino floor or participate in any gaming activities.
- Valid government-issued photo identification is required and may be checked at any time.
- Enquirox Casino Hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
- Photography, video recording, and use of mobile phones are restricted in certain areas of the casino.
- The management reserves the right to remove any person from the premises without refund for disruptive behavior, suspected cheating, or violation of any casino hotel rules.
4. Loyalty Program
Participation in the Enquirox Rewards Program is subject to the following terms:
- Membership is free and available to individuals 21 years of age or older.
- Benefits and rewards are subject to change without notice.
- Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or bartered.
- The casino hotel reserves the right to revoke membership at any time.
- Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 consecutive months) may be closed and any accumulated points forfeited.
5. Payment and Billing
We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
A hold or authorization on your credit card may be placed at check-in for the full amount of your stay plus incidentals. This hold may remain in effect until check-out, and your card issuer's hold policies will apply.
6. Property Rules and Guest Conduct
All guests of Enquirox Casino Hotel must adhere to the following rules:
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
- No firearms or weapons are permitted on the property.
- Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property.
- Disruptive behavior affecting the comfort of other guests is not tolerated.
- Use of drones or other remote-controlled devices is prohibited on property without prior written authorization.
7. Limitation of Liability
Enquirox Casino Hotel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your stay or use of our services. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.
8. Force Majeure
Enquirox Casino Hotel shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, civil unrest, government order, national or regional emergency, strikes, labor disputes, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
