Cancellation Policy

At Enquirox Casino Hotel, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible while allowing us to manage our room inventory effectively.

Standard Room Reservations

The following cancellation policy applies to all standard room reservations at Enquirox Casino Hotel:

• More than 48 hours before arrival: Full refund with no cancellation fee.
• 24-48 hours before arrival: Refund minus one night's room charge.
• Less than 24 hours before arrival: No refund (full reservation amount charged).
• No-show: No refund (full reservation amount charged).

Suite Reservations

Due to limited availability, suite reservations at our casino hotel are subject to a stricter cancellation policy:

• More than 7 days before arrival: Full refund with no cancellation fee.
• 3-7 days before arrival: 75% refund of total reservation amount.
• Less than 3 days before arrival: No refund (full reservation amount charged).
• No-show: No refund (full reservation amount charged).

Group Bookings

For group bookings (5 or more rooms), the following cancellation policy applies:

• More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund less a $100 administrative fee.
• 14-30 days before arrival: 75% refund of total reservation amount.
• 7-14 days before arrival: 50% refund of total reservation amount.
• Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund (full reservation amount charged).

Special Event Periods

During special event periods at our casino hotel (major holidays, large conventions, and local events), the following cancellation policy applies:

• More than 14 days before arrival: Full refund with no cancellation fee.
• 7-14 days before arrival: 50% refund of total reservation amount.
• Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund (full reservation amount charged).

Package Reservations

For package reservations (room plus additional services such as spa treatments, dining credits, or show tickets) at our casino hotel:

• More than 7 days before arrival: Full refund with no cancellation fee.
• 3-7 days before arrival: Room portion subject to standard room cancellation policy; non-refundable deposit for additional services ($50 per service).
• Less than 3 days before arrival: No refund (full package amount charged).

Early Departure

If you check out prior to your scheduled departure date, you will be charged for the complete reserved stay at our casino hotel. If you need to change your departure date, please notify the front desk at least 24 hours in advance to avoid early departure fees.

How to Cancel a Reservation

You can cancel or modify your reservation through the following methods:

• Online: Login to your account on our website and navigate to "My Reservations"

Please include your reservation confirmation number, guest name, arrival date, and contact information when cancelling.

Refund Process

When a refund is due, it will be processed to the original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution's policies.

Force Majeure

In case of force majeure events (such as natural disasters, acts of government, epidemic, pandemic, etc.) that prevent you from traveling or us from providing accommodations, special cancellation considerations may apply. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
